Many graduates and who completed education looking for a job but every time a deep question are we really ready for job because it required certain skill  which a individual should know but every time we fail to go through this insufficient skills so what the criteria which should become full person.

ONLY THEORY KNOWLEDGE CAN,T GET U WHAT U REALLY WANT SO FIRST POSSESSED SOME REQUIRED PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE TOO.....

Students in India only focus on application not on practical aspect too which due to schooling and college taught the same but when u can,t expand your bookies knowledge is just a garbage for you .
so expand your theory knowledge with practical too......

Students known the mechanism to do work but having no knowledge practically how is work actually this makes negative impact unsuitability towards and u can easily been fired too/.........
